Purpose of Position
This position will be responsible for carrying out a variety of secretarial duties in a Protective Services field office.
THIS POSTING WILL BE USED FOR ONGOING RECRUITMENT AND MAY CLOSE AT ANY TIME. APPLICANT LISTS MAY BE SCREENED MORE THAN ONCE.
How does it get done?
- Will provide office support such as employee travel reimbursement, invoice payments, opening and closing files, procuring office supplies, etc. in a professional manner and within specified deadlines (40%).
- Will provide reception support, screening incoming calls, greeting and responding to public needs (30%).
- Will provide FACTS support by entering and researching past due payments (20%).
- Will perform other duties as assigned by supervisor (10%).
Minimum Qualification
High School diploma or Equivalent and three (3) months of related experience in office administration. Substitutions Apply. See Substitution Table below.

Employment Requirements
Must possess and maintain a valid Driver's License. Pre-employment background investigation is required and is conditional pending results.
