Detailed Objectives/Responsibilities:

1 –Patrol/Security Assignments

• Monitoring lot owners and guests for speed and safety violations. Speak with lot owners/ guests as necessary.
• Monitoring lot owners and guests for activities deemed to be a nuisance by neighbors. Speak with lot owners/guests as necessary.
• Monitoring lot owners and guests for rule compliance and security. Speak with lot owners/guests as necessary.
• Use de-escalation techniques with lot owners and guests who are not following rules and safety measures.
• Monitor lots for vandalism. Speak with lot owners as necessary.
• Maintain a safety log of all violations to be presented to the board/office staff for citations.

2 – Compliance Violation Assignments

• Inspecting for violations of lot owner activities, such as mowing lawns, trimming hedges, removing weeds, and raking and disposing of leaves and refuse.
• Inspecting for violations of lot owner general maintenance and upkeep of buildings.
• Inspecting for trees in need of cutting and removing due to storms or safety hazards.
