TITLE: Senior Marketing Specialist
TYPE: Direct Hire
LOCATION: Feasterville, PA
ONSITE/REMOTE/HYBRID: 100% on-site for at least the first 6 months
START DATE: Q2, 2023
SHIFT: 1 st shift, M-F
VACCINATION REQUIREMENT: None

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist who can lead go-to-market initiatives for tangible products in a B2B environment. The ideal candidate will have the ability to take ownership of select brands from a marketing perspective and run with them.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take ownership of several of our brands from a marketing standpoint and be the main point of contact for all marketing-related activities for those brands.
• Assist with the coordination and execution of marketing activities throughout the organization.
• Assist with all aspects of trade show events from planning, execution, and follow-up.
• Utilize HubSpot to distribute marketing emails and social media posts.
• Create website landing pages that gather inbound leads that are distributed into the sales funnel.
• Serve as a project leader on various lead generation campaigns, go-to-market strategy sessions, and branding initiatives.
• Create and analyze and provide insights into lead generation and prospect conversion reports so that ROI can be evaluated on a per-initiative basis.
• Work with other departments to create compelling content for various campaigns.
• Perform A/B testing for various campaigns and analyze which choice has the best ROI.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing with at least 2 of those working with tangible products.
• Expert-level user of email marketing software such as HubSpot.
• Creative thinker who enjoys coming up with and testing out new ideas.
