- Management of a team of analysts supporting pharma raw materials, in-process, and finished product release testing.
- Effectively communicate with teams: leading daily, weekly, and monthly meetings to manage the business and share information.
- Maximize employee performance and engagement through talent development and recognition.
- Demonstrate strategic thinking that drives continuous improvement in day-to-day activity on own initiative.
- Support investigations and evaluation of existing technologies.
- Actively participate in project meetings with a view to provide direction and overcome obstacles.
- Manage budgetary recommendations in capital expenditures and direct/indirect labour.
- Drive organizational strategy and deliver on quarterly objectives.
- Assure team is compliant to FDA and other non-U.S. Regulatory Agency Regulations.
- Execute sustainability projects under ‘Green Lab’ program.
- Represent laboratory during internal and external audits.
- Identify opportunities to improve on how we support our customers and foster a culture of innovation.
- Engage with customers and provide Laboratory tours.
- Educated to Degree level 8 in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related science discipline and with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
- Dynamic team player and can work effectively and proactively on cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrate leadership with strong team development, communication and influencing skills.
- Good interpersonal skills with a high level of enthusiasm and Motivation.
- Strong problem solving and project management skills.
- Ability to learn systems quickly.
- Good knowledge and experience with HPLC, UPLC and GC.
