Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Analyst with experience in multi-cloud environments to support and enhance existing Information Security processes, standards, and tools across the enterprise.

Overview

Working as part of the Information Security Product API team to ensure the security of applications and data and to provide automation of security services. This role will focus on the development, implementation, and validation of custom solutions.

Required Skills/Experience

• Experience with the Agile development process and performing Scrum Master duties
• Experience with RESTful services, SQL, and relational databases.
• Experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud services.
• Strong, applicable knowledge of security concepts including infrastructure, network, web application security, and firewalls.
• Experience testing custom applications.
• Experience managing small projects and putting together project plans.
• Ability to work with users to resolve issues.
• Strong presentation and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building and teamwork skills.
• Self-motivated; self-starter
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, respond quickly to emergent problems, and focus both on long-range projects and immediate tasks.
• 6-8 years of experience or equivalent military experience.

Additional Skills/Experience

• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platform.
• Ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with common Information Security architecture and implementation concerns.
• B.S. in Management Information Systems or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Work closely with enterprise teams to implement and maintain new systems and applications.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure proper functioning of new systems and applications.
• Provide end-user training and support to ensure successful implementation and use of new systems and applications.
• Monitor and analyze system performance and make recommendations for improvements.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including user manuals, system specifications, and training materials.
• Design and develop key performance and risk indicators (KPI/KRI) for reporting to senior IT and executive management.

Pay Range: $71,500- $148,500 annually

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
