Job Description: We are seeking passionate, experienced servers to join our team and contribute to our commitment to excellence. As a server at 208 Rodeo Restaurant, you will be responsible for providing attentive and personalized service to our guests, ensuring they have a delightful dining experience. Your exceptional knowledge of our menu offerings, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate guests' needs will contribute to our overall success.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, escorting them to their tables and ensuring their comfort
• Provide detailed information about our menu, including daily specials, ingredients, and preparation techniques
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special dietary requirements and allergies are addressed
• Deliver orders promptly and accurately, coordinating with the kitchen and bar staff as necessary
• Monitor guests' dining experiences, ensuring satisfaction and promptly addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
• Offer wine and beverage recommendations, showcasing your knowledge of our extensive selection
• Up-sell additional menu items and promotions to enhance the dining experience and maximize sales
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including setting up tables and replenishing supplies as needed
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a server in a fine dining establishment is preferred
• Exceptional knowledge of food, wine, and beverage pairings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for cleanliness and presentation
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
