Ko Automotive Group is looking for a cashier / receptionist to join our Guest Services Team at our Wellesley Toyota location. Ideal candidate will be experienced in customer service/satisfaction roles, have basic accounting skills, be comfortable chatting with customers making them feel welcome and appreciated, be organized and professional.

Receiving payments from customers for Service/Parts/Sales department invoices.
Directing phone calls to the preferred department or employee.
Keeping accurate transaction records throughout the day.
Advise customers where to go to get the assistance they need for their vehicle.
Generally assisting customers with their needs and/or finding the right person to assist them.
Requirements.

Must have at least 2 years experience in customer facing roles.
Must have at least 2 years experience in cashiering and basic accounting/record keeping.
Have a "customer first" attitude.
Be personable, helpful and willing to help customers.
Be punctual.
Be well presented, Professional and organized.
Be available to work Saturday hours.
