First off let us introduce ourselves. We're EnviroGuard, a family-owned and operated Pest Control company. We started in 2015 with a vision to create a great experience for each and every one of our customers, as we keep their homes "pest free".

Currently, EnviroGuard is in the process of opening a branch in Reno, NV and we will need a Service Manager to oversee all field operations. To be the manager of this branch, we are looking for you to be a self-driven and problem-solving individual, who is willing to be the leader and example of this branch’s operations. This will include managing service professionals under you and creating a diverse, enjoyable work environment for your employees. You will also look to guide and grow these employees below you, as we continue to grow.

To qualify for this position, you will need to have passed your Core Exam and Household Pest and Rodent Control (Class 2) exam. Most importantly, you will need to have your Principal Pest License. Any additional certifications is appreciated as well.

Job Overview and Responsibilities

• We're going to give you your own truck. (Okay, it's not actually YOUR truck. It's ours, but we'll let you drive it.)
• You'll be treating residential homes with Pest Control products (we will train you how).
• You'll be talking to your customers off and on throughout the day. These will be YOUR customers and you'll be responsible for treating them with a great experience!
• The structure of your day will change (e.g. cancelled appointments, added appointments), so you'll need to think on your feet and be flexible at all times. We can be flexible with your schedule/time off when needed!
• Payroll - you will be submitting payroll for your employees including reviewing their services for bonus pay
• Service Professional Call Outs - if your employee can not make into their shift, they will need to notify you
• Employee evaluations - reviewing your employees performance with them
• Training - you will be training all individuals below you on the services we offer
• Product Order - you will be ordering product each week to ensure each employee has the amount they need to treat homes
• Truck Inspections - Inspecting employees work vehicles
• Team Building Meetings - Hosting meetings with your employees

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License
• Clean driving record
• High school or equivalent
• 21 years of age or older to be on our insurance.
• Able to pass a background check (you will be entering customer's homes)
• Passed Core Exam
• Passed Household Pest and Rodent control (Class 2)
• Passed Category Exam
• Has State License
• Has Certified Applicator License
• Ready to work hard and willing to learn
• Enthusiastic, likable, and able to hold a conversation

The Scoop

• Full-time position
• Commission for sales, but sales not required.

• Monday - Friday (8 AM - 5 PM)
