We are looking for a talented Service Parts Sales Associate to join our team specializing in Service for our Distribution Business Segment in Dublin.

This is a permanent contract working 37.5 Per week. Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm

Salary dependent on skills and experience.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Responsible for assisting all Distribution Business customers, technicians, and other parts personnel in securing needed parts and supplies.
• Maintaining a great relationship with both internal and external customers.
• Escalates customer issues to more senior parts personnel or supervisor when needed.
• Perform other duties that may include managing stock levels, shipping and receiving parts, warehouse activities, inventory management related tasks.
• Loading and unloading generators.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

• Previous experience dealing with Customers is essential
• Good communication skills
• FLT license would be desirable but full training will be provided
• Previous experience within a service or part environment would be desirable.
• PC Literate
