We are looking for a skilled and experienced residential service plumber to join our team. As a residential service plumber, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a wide range of plumbing issues in our customers' homes. From leaky faucets to clogged drains, you will use your expertise to ensure our customers' plumbing systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

Job Duties

• Provide residential plumbing services, addressing general homeowner needs such as installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, recommending appropriate solutions and performing necessary repairs.
• Install, repair, and maintain water heaters, faucets, toilets, sinks, and other plumbing fixtures and systems.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on plumbing systems to ensure proper functioning and compliance with local codes and regulations.
• Respond to emergency plumbing situations in a timely and efficient manner, minimizing damage and inconvenience to customers.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company safety policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects and high-quality workmanship.
• Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.
• Prepare accurate and detailed estimates, invoices, and work reports for clients.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and relevant code changes.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Valid plumbing license or equivalent certification.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in residential plumbing services.
• Comprehensive knowledge of plumbing codes and requirements.
• Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to safety and maintaining a clean work environment.
• Availability to respond to emergency calls, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Clean, safe driving record.
