If you have answered yes to all of the above then I am delighted to announce that here at Osborne, we are currently hiring a Shop Manager - Permanent, on behalf of our client a Family run Service Station. Located in Enfield Co. Meath.

Who will report to you?

Shop supervisor/s and Shop Team (15+ Full / Part Time Staff)

Location: Enfield, Co Meath – onsite role.

Employment type: Full-time Permanent, 40 hr week.

Salary: €35-40k DOE

Opening Hours:

Monday - Friday: 7am - 10pm
Sunday: 8am - 10pm

Sunday: 9am – 9pm

What specific responsibilities will you have?:

· Ensure departments targets are communicated and driven.

· Maintain store staff by recruiting, selecting, inducting, and training employees.

· Maintain store staff performance by coaching, mentoring and development through planning, monitoring, and performance management.

· Ensure that weekly and daily work planning schedules are created and actioned.

· Maintain a high level of creative merchandising, pricing and stock in line with our award-winning standards.

· Attend as required, trade shows, training, and associated development initiatives.

· Work in conjunction with the Operations Team and the Purchasing Team.

· To provide high levels of customer service at all times.

Requirements and Qualifications:

· Excellent interpersonal communication capabilities.

· Customer service-oriented attitude

· Confidence to lead and direct a team of 15+

· Strengths in leadership, management, team building, and problem-solving.

· Numerical and analytical knowledge to properly manage cash and financial records.

· 3+ years of experience working in a management or supervisory role within a high paced retail environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: €35,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
