This lead customer service position works either standard hours or overnight. Working both weekdays and weekends, this leadership position is offered up to $15/hour. SHIFT LEADER REQUIREMENTS

In this lead customer service role, you supervise food service operations during your shift to ensure company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness are met. Through thorough adherence to procedures, you maintain building and equipment using proper operating, cleaning, and preventive maintenance. Furthermore, you accurately complete reports based on company standards ensuring compliance with both state and federal regulations.

Taking an active role in operational cost awareness, you manage labor cost and control inventory according to the company's GAP standard. You are responsible for all cash procedures are followed during your shift, including making bank deposits.

You eagerly train and develop crew under the direction of management, including conducting as-needed pre-shift meetings where you discuss procedures, promotions, safety, security, and more. Additionally, you step in and assist the crew when and where you are needed. You enjoy feeling accomplished and knowing your leadership efforts contribute greatly to the overall success of our quick service restaurant.
