This Shift Manager role is based at our Rosemount, Dublin Site.

What is the purpose of the role?

The Shift Manager will manage operational activities to achieve daily objectives and customer targets by overseeing the work flow throughout the Warehouse by target and objective setting for Team Leaders and Warehouse Colleagues. Having a general appreciation of all areas of the operation.

The role is required to maintain full stock inventory, arrange to have shifts covered and track daily absence.

Working with an external client there will be the need to update and resolve any customer queries on a daily basis as they arise.

The role has exposure to monthly reviews with the client and there is a clear need to ensure effective communication between shifts.

Salary: €39,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
