In this role you will be responsible for fulfilling customer orders and preparing orders for shipping in a timely and accurate manner. Responsibilities:

• Select products by SKU and descriptions using a handheld scanner to fulfill orders.
• Examine all products related to customer orders for accuracy and quality.
• Prepare items for shipping by inspecting for damage, cleaning, and bagging parts if necessary.
• Pack orders in a safe, neat, and professional manner
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping your area and workstation neat and organized. Sweep, dust, and mop when needed.
• Use order fulfillment software to print shipping labels and affix to customer packaging.
• Sort packages according to destination and shipping carrier
• Process receipts and shipments timely
• Meet daily shipping schedule deadlines.
• Pays attention to detail and specifics during the shipping process.
• Recognize problems or quality concerns and escalate understanding of the impact to product quality or process flow.
• Communicate and work collaboratively with team members to ensure production flows smoothly.
• Maintain compliance with all appropriate regulatory requirements, including HIPAA.
• Adheres to attendance and punctuality guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience
Required:

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
• 0-2 year of work experience in order fulfillment or shipping position

Preferred:

• International shipping experience
• Previous experience in medical device

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work overtime as the business requires to include holidays and weekends.
• Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Ability to safely lift 50 pounds from floor to table.
• Proficient with working on computers, especially Microsoft Outlook, experience with programming, and high verbal and written communication skills
