$2,500 SIGN-ON BONUS!

Objective:

Join our skilled team in skinning, trimming, and inspecting carcasses. Our team of butchers process up to 100 beef or bison per day.

Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm, Saturday as needed

Requirements:

• Able to utilize knives, saws, and other equipment to perform meat cutting and trimming.
• Desire and ability to follow general food safety practices.
• Breakdown of full carcasses to half carcasses for further processing.
• Willing to work individually as well as in a team.
• Maintain a safe environment- Personal Safety and Food Safety.
• Willing to learn and follow our processes.
• Positive Attitude—makes everyone’s day better, including yours!
• Manufacturing experience is helpful, but not necessary.
