Ergo are seeking a SOC Manager for a permanent hybrid role in Dublin.

In addition to overseeing the delivery of 24x7x365 services to our growing customer base in areas of threat monitoring and investigation you will also work with our security solutions architects with ownership of the technical platforms and SOC technologies, processes and procedures.

You should the following experience…

• 4+ years working in a SOC environment
• 1+ year in a Manager or Team Lead role

• Thorough knowledge of SIEM technologies, like Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk ES, QRadar etc.
• In-depth familiarity with security policies based on industry standards and best practices
• Knowledgeable in SOC advancements such as EDR and SOAR
• Experience in designing and building security operations centers including follow-the-sun elements
• Incident management process development and/or incident management experience

The following will be of benefit…

• Recognised professional Cyber security qualification, CISSP, CISM, SANS etc.
• Previous experience in a managed services role
• Any experience with security solutioning or architecture
