Job Summary
Assistant Men’s Soccer Coach will assist the head men’s soccer coach in the duties and responsibilities of operating a Division I men’s soccer program. This includes, but not limited to, the training and development of goalkeepers, recruiting, sports science, training/practice/match preparation, travel, equipment, scheduling, camps and clinics and administrative duties assigned by the head coach. This position will also counsel and monitor the student-athletes and will be expected to work cooperatively with all constituencies and campus units.

Must comply with NCAA, SEC and University rules, regulations and policies.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Solid understanding of player development, recognition of talent, quality communication skills and comprehensive writing and organizational skills required. Proficient in Excel and familiarity with game video breakdown required.

Preferred Education/Experience
A relevant Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years of collegiate playing or coaching experience required. Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations required.

Preferred goal keeping experience as well as 3 years of div 1 coaching.
