The Role
Archer Malmo is looking to add a confident, savvy Social Media Creative Producer to work on one of the most established and strategic agency clients. We are looking for someone who is a curious early adopter of new social media platforms and an expert at navigating the most popular ones. You have a great understanding of the technology and language of social media and a vision for its creative potential.
A successful candidate for this role will be able to jump in and manage scheduling, assist with community management, source content and create social content. You have great energy and add momentum to any project through your positive and patient attitude. You are growth-minded: always interested in learning something new and pushing your personal skills and knowledge forward.
Our agency is based in Memphis, Tenn., and we are open to remote work for this role, which may require travel to our office for occasional collaborative work.

Areas of Responsibility*

• Assist with the development of editorial calendars, which primarily includes sourcing content and social copywriting
• Engage with consumers on a 1:1 basis following best practices outlined by the team, including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Manage scheduling and posting within a variety of social media management platforms
• Identify and escalate social behavior, as necessary, to maintain brand health
• Assist with reporting on organic social media performance
• Remain current and curious about emerging social trends and experiment with ways to capitalize on them to elevate the work

Qualifications*

• Heavy social media user — Facebook and Instagram, Twitter, Reddit, Pinterest, etc. — and a solid understanding of native functionalities (e.g., polls, live, filters, etc.). Sprinklr, Hootsuite and Spredfast experience a strong plus
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to understand, adapt and execute the use of brand voice with exceptional attention to detail
• Understanding of the digital world and the role social media plays in day-to-day interactions with a brand and able to put this understanding into action
• Demonstrated experience in motivating people, strong communication/interpersonal skills, thinking/operating strategically and sound decision-making
• Resourceful problem solver and able to adapt under tight deadlines
• Employ strong project management skills and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, consistently delivering high-quality results
