Matt Blatt, a leading automotive group, is in search for a Social Media Manager/Content Creator to join our team!

We are looking for someone to take charge of our social channels in strategizing, posting, and creating relevant content that supports and aligns with our business goals. This position has room for growth and we are looking for someone interested in expanding their knowledge and skills as our business/team grows.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the social media pages are maintained with current and relevant content
• Respond to post comments and tags in a timely manner
• Develop new and creative content to attract prospective customers and increase following on our social channels
• Track and improve social performance
• Build relationships with our team members to help curate salespeople/customer content
• Support the Director of Operations with maintaining company brand image

Qualifications

• Occasional travel to other dealership locations on need basis: Egg Harbor Township NJ, Toms River NJ, Glassboro NJ, Philadelphia PA, and Roslyn PA
• Experience with social media creation and content planning
• Proficient in social media management
• Basic understanding of social media KPIs and SEO algorithms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
