Empire Abrasives is seeking a creative and engaging Social Media Strategist and Brand Personality to help build our brand's online presence on TikTok and other social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be comfortable performing in front of a camera, have a passion for creating engaging content, and be knowledgeable about the tools and products we sell.

This would be a part time position of 24 hours to start. Do to the nature of the position we can be flexible with the weekly work schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company's overall marketing goals
• Create compelling content for TikTok and other social media platforms, including video, images, and copy
• Perform on-camera for TikTok videos and other social media content
• Manage and grow the company's social media accounts, including monitoring engagement, responding to comments, and analyzing performance metrics
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive engagement and sales
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing
• Monitor and report on social media performance metrics to track the success of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience creating engaging content for TikTok and other social media platforms
• Comfortable performing on-camera for social media content
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools
• Knowledge of the tools and products we sell (abrasives, sanding discs, etc.) is a big plus
