Setting : Medical Center
Pay : $22.00 - $29.00
$5,000 Sign-On Bonus
Social Worker Opportunity:
- Full-time, permanent, direct-hire position
- Schedule of Monday to Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM, weekends off
- Excellent benefits including 100% employer paid health, dental, and vision
- Social Worker will be an essential team member, instrumental to our facility
- Social Worker will be focused on Discharge Planning as utilization review is now handled by corporate offices
- Responsible for educating and applying in-depth knowledge of social, emotional, and physical development issues for geriatric patients
Social Worker Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of an accredited College or University with a minimum obtainment of a Bachelors and up to a Master's Degree in Counseling, Medical Social Work, or similar studies
- Must have acute care experience, this is a high acuity facility with patients averaging around 70 - 75 years old
- License is not required.
