Description

If you love applying new technologies, building and integrating complex systems with loosely coupled event-driven and microservice architectures that make a significant impact on thousands of people's health and lives, then we have the ideal position for you!

What will you do?

• Work with business and technology stakeholders to transform requirements into a solution design.
• Document and communicate solution designs and architecture roadmaps using architecture models and diagrams to development teams and product owners
• Demonstrate leadership and influencing skills, including the ability to lead change efforts through effective communication and persuasion
• Build consensus around architectural decisions while driving adoption of enterprise standards and best practices
• Guide the teams to the most optimal architecture solution, resolve their challenges by leading the practice and introducing the overall technical vision for a particular solution.
• Research technology-related tools, techniques, platforms, and frameworks to create and operationalize new architecture products

We are looking for someone with:

• 5+ years of combined experience as a Senior Engineer, Staff Engineer, or Solution Architect.
• Experience building complex distributed systems using Microservice and Event based architectures
• Experience with Microsoft development stack, including .NET Core, C#, WebApi
• Good understanding with messaging based systems and supporting patterns and orchestration.
• 2 years of previous work experience designing and documenting systems using UML, BPMN, C4, Event Storming, or other documentation frameworks.
• Good understanding of the Secure Software Development Life Cycle (SSDLC), DevOps, DevSecOps, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology.
• Experience designing cloud-native systems using Docker and Kubernetes
• Extensive experience with large data models and data sets to solve complex business demands and meet regulatory requirements.
• Prior experience in Healthcare who understands the technology solutions driven by design requirements regarding PHI is a plus.
