We are looking for a Jr. Sous Chef. This is a high volume and fast paced kitchen. Must be reliable and efficient. We work as a team and offer an excellent work environment. WE ARE AN UPSCALE-FROM SCRATCH KITCHEN. Weekends required. AT LEAST 2 years full service lead line experience required. Up to $55K to start BASED ON QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE.

BRUNCH OR BREAKFAST EXPERIENCE PREFERRED. Currently we are open Tuesday-Sunday for dinner, and Saturday and Sunday brunches. In the spring we plan to reopen for lunch.

Must have a minimum of two years full-service lead line experience and desire to push yourself and grow in the culinary industry. Must be able to lead, follow, and hold your own in a small kitchen of kick-ass professionals. This is an excellent opportunity in a small Chef-driven restaurant for one-on-one growth opportunities. Self discipline, self-management, and sense of urgency are necessary for success in this position. Jr. Sous Chef requires attention to detail--maintaing our high standards of food quality and service while understanding and adhering to food cost and labor budget requirements.
