Our client is currently recruiting for a Senior Sous Chef to join their award-winning kitchen management team at Dublin Airport. Producing all food on site; from pastries, breads, and other bakery products to soups, stocks, and sauces, food is sourced locally and is always freshly prepared on a daily basis.

The ideal candidate for Sous chef position will have:

• 5-year experience as Sous chef or similar position required
• Excellent communication skills
• A desire to provide a consistently high standard of customer service
• The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility with regards to hours
• A good command of the English Language
• Impeccable self-presentation
• Driver own Transport

Please note that as the position is based in Dublin Airport, the work is based on shift work with some early morning shifts starting from 3am
