Job description

New Jersey United Christian Academy (NJUCA) is a private Christian school in Monmouth County, New Jersey for grades 6-12. With an anticipated increase in enrollment for next year, NJUCA is seeking applicants for a Spanish teacher position for the 2023-2024 school year. As we are a private Christian school, we are seeking individuals who have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach students from a biblical perspective.
  • Make lesson plans for students.
  • Utilize proper time management in the classroom.
  • Prepare a scope and sequence for each subject.
  • Be prepared for lessons when coming into the classroom.
  • Get along with students, colleagues, and teachers.
  • Be a spiritual leader in the school.

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Special education: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Teaching Certification (Preferred)
