Pediatric Speech and Language Pathologist

The Boston Ability Center is a pediatric outpatient rehabilitation center that provides physical, occupational, speech - language, and feeding therapy to children ages 0-18, along with our therapy dog, Stanley, in a setting that is full of fun and adventure!
The Boston Ability Center seeks to hire part-time or full-time pediatric speech and language pathologists to join our multidisciplinary team. Our goal is to lead the field of pediatric outpatient rehab with outstanding, evidence based care. Our speech and language pathologists evaluate and treat children with a wide variety of diagnoses, providing both individual and small group treatment. We are open Monday through Saturday and are currently providing both clinic-based and telehealth sessions. This position may include Saturday and late afternoon hours. Ideal candidates have at least 1-2 years of experience providing direct speech and language services to children ages 0-18, love working closely with parents and caregivers, and are dedicated to treating the whole child.
The Boston Ability Center has two locations (Natick and Wellesley). Staff divide their time between locations depending on the clinic's needs.
COVID 19 Considerations: All staff are asked to wear masks. Masks are currently optional for patients and families. We have air purifiers in every room and extra cleaning protocols in place. Staff are asked to be up to date with their COVID and Flu vaccinations if medically able.
