We are seeking a Sr. Manager HRIS Technology & Strategy who will be responsible for the leadership, oversight, and support of all Human Resource Information systems and processes. The Sr. Manager, HRIS Technology and Strategy spearheads the establishment of the multi-year strategic action plan for the continued development and deployment of the HRIS system. The role leads the development and implementation of core HR business processes and service solutions that align with client needs and technical priorities. The role also oversees the change management cycle and adoption and provides ongoing oversight of data quality and reporting.


This position is based in Tustin CA and will require you to work in office 2-3x per week.


  • Leads the planning, implementation and evaluation of the multi-year road map. Develops and implements short and long term department goals and objectives to ensure the delivery of effective and efficient services. Identifies business challenges and uses data analysis to adjust processes and workflow.
  • Benchmark, analyze, report on and makes recommendations for the improvement and growth of the HRIS infrastructure. Manages the deployment schedule of all upgrades.
  • Serves as the subject matter expert for the HRIS SAP SuccessFactors modules.
  • Ensures robust process controls and documentation are in place for compliance and audit purposes.
  • Manage the data collection, maintenance and the integrity of the system. Implements the necessary controls to identify and mitigate risks in all areas of accountability. Escalates critical issues as they emerge, with recommendations for action and correction.
  • Partners with the People team (e.g., HR Business Partners, Learning, Talent Acquisition, Compensation) to gather and prioritize needs and make recommendations for the most effective solution.
  • Supports new and existing systems/processes, driving process standardization, automation, and improvement in the controls, while ensuring efficiencies and compliance needs are met. Recommends innovative solutions, policy changes, and develops procedural documentation to enhance service delivery and data integrity.
  • Understands business needs to effectively prioritize system change requests.
  • Seeks to improve employee experience through technology in an efficient and seamless way.
  • Facilitates ongoing support and partnership with key stakeholders within IT, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and People Team functional areas to achieve a seamless employee/leader experience.
  • Serves as the liaison with IT on department initiatives and work plans to ensure alignment with overall technology strategy.
  • Provides leadership to direct and indirect team members through technical development and growth. Provides training on the HRIS system for internal staff and business leaders as needed.


Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Eight (8) years or more of related professional experience with functional management of an enterprise Human Resources Information System.
  • Experience configuring SAP Successfactors (NS2 platform)
  • Prior experience in systems transformation to meet evolving organizational needs
  • Three (3) year of supervisory experience.
  • Strong project management skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment required.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and accuracy required.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment in evaluating situations and making assessments for decisions required.

The annual U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $104,700.00–$159,750.00. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, and experience and take into account internal equity. Other forms of pay (e.g., bonus or long term incentive) may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
