JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Sr. Office Manager -

AustinGrady Builders, LLC DBA Veteran Roofing is a construction management firm specializing in commercial and residential construction services.

Position: We are currently seeking a Sr. Office Manager to join the company’s executive team.

Required Skill Set

• Experienced running the finances of a small business.
• Running the finances of a Construction firm is desirable, but not required.
• Accounting – Proficiency in accounting is a must; CPA is not required.
• Solid understanding of how to control a small business’s Cash Flow and Profit/Loss
• Ability to set up a company benefit package – 401(k); Health Insurance

Responsibilities: Include but not limited to

• Oversight of company’s financial picture.
• Bookkeeping
• Payroll, Office Expenses, Invoicing

• Responsible for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Monitor credit lines with all suppliers.
• Oversight of company’s partnership with Sunlight Financial (Home Improvement Loan Provider)

Structure: Reports to Owner

Work Hours: This is a remote position. We do have an office, and the candidate will be able to utilize the office space as they need to. There are periodic company meetings that are required to be present.

As a member of the executive team, success is measured by the profitability of the company, not by hours in the office.

Compensation: $65,000 salary annually. This is a partnership opportunity for the right candidate.
