Your New Role
- Provides box office analysis, reporting and forecasting to the International Distribution department. Provides sales & distribution analysis as directed.
Your Role Accountabilities
BOX OFFICE FORECASTING / ANALYSIS / REPORTING
Box Office
- Pre-weekend / Weekend Reporting – organize and summarize territory box office estimates, prints, sites, screens, and admissions in a territory/title specific template.
- Provide flash competitive box office summary for Monday Trades memo update and maintain box office cumulative (referencing various internet / trades resources) throughout the run of the film.
- Assist business development initiatives with financial model building and data analysis.
- Provide daily box office results, summarized by territory for each picture.
- Forecast missing territory estimates.
- Review data to ensure accuracy and follow-up with regional supervisors with any discrepancies.
- Maintain WBD and industry box office tracking charts for international and worldwide as well as by territory and genre.
- Research and analyze competitive industry box office using 3rd party sources.
- Misc. Ad/Hoc analyses for Senior Executives on an as needed basis.
SALES / DISTRIBUTION ANALYSIS
Dating
- Provides various ad/hoc analyses on a by-picture / by-territory basis as requested.
Film Specific Analysis
- Assist in providing reports for Senior Management relating to strategic planning and distribution issues.
- Analyze sales data through various data analysis tools to maximize reporting functionality and efficiencies.
- At the request of senior management, queries field offices or regional supervisors for comparison information, ensuring all data is reflected accurately in WBD proprietary system, DASH.
- Generate and distribute summary reports to Senior Management and staff.
Qualifications and Experience
- 3-5 years work experience in multi-national sales or trading organization preferred; prior work experience in Finance and Accounting a plus.
- Business, Finance or Accounting degree preferred.
- Knowledge of foreign language a plus.
- Must have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficient working knowledge of other Microsoft platform applications, i.e. Word, Outlook etc.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
- Must have excellent analytical skills.
- Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Must be able to reason through issues and problems.
- Must be able to handle multiple concurrent tasks.
- Must be able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Must be team oriented.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $54,600.00 - $101,400.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
