Job description
A Counter & Delivery Representative will greet and service customers as well as receive/check in incoming freight and stock/re-stock shelves with parts from received shipments.

Routes:
- Hotshot (on demand).
- Loop delivery (route).
- Shuttle (scheduled Point A to Point B).
Essential Duties:
- Greets the customers entering the store. Answer customer phone calls and serves in-store customers thru the use of electronic and paper -cataloging systems to identify, source, and invoice needed parts.
- Special orders or sources of non-stock products as requested by customers.

- Use company vehicles to deliver parts and equipment to customers in a safe and courteous manner.
- Clean and maintain store and inventory storage areas in safe and orderly condition.
- Keep delivery vehicles clean and washed.
- Observe company work and safety rules.
- Check in daily freight and note shipping discrepancies.
- Stock shelves with incoming freight.
- Assist in annual physical inventory.
- Maintain store retail display area - pricing, fronting shelves, building displays.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- HS Diploma/GED.
- Entry-level opportunity, Training provided.
- Knowledge of the surrounding area.
- Excellent defensive driving skills.
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
