Maxify Solutions has an immediate need for a highly motivated Staff Accountant with Quickbooks experience. You will be responsible for handling all company day-to-day AR and or AP financial transactions. In this hands-on role, you will be a pivotal member of the Finance Team, ensuring that invoices flow daily and accordingly while working with our business clients to collect and post payments. In addition to working with our business partners, you will liaise with team members cross-functionally. Must have excellent attention to detail and be able to work independently as needed.

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ and or accounts payables’ data
• Verify discrepancies and resolve clients’ billing/invoice issues
• Provide high quality customer service to business clients on all billing matters
• Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending payment reminders and contacting clients
• The ability to prioritize whilst adhering to strict deadlines
• Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with our financial policies and procedures
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google G-Suite experience a plus
• Ability to work well independently and with a team
• Quick adaptability to/comprehension of new systems, processes, and procedures

This is a hybrid role in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Experience:

• 2+ years of general accounting/bookkeeping experience

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000 to $75,000
