The annual salary offered for this position is $ 24.85 - $34.78. :

We are looking for a full time Staff Development Specialist to to join our wonderful team. The Staff Development Specialist will be responsible for training new hires and maintaining competency of clinical staff.

Responsibilities: :

• Support an environment that reinforces Rebound’s mission and Core Values of Superior

• Oversee and track all required in person and online trainings for employees including, but not
limited to, BLS certification, biohazardous waste training, HIPAA, etc.
• Manage online training software (Litmos).
• Provide oversight and training for all clinical staff roles in each location.
• Ensure new employees have received proper instructions in how to use various electronic
systems and follows up with new hires to ensure systems are optimally utilized in a standardized manner.
• Oversight and review of various clinic procedures and protocols including, injection
procedures, MRI ordering, medication storage, etc.
• Create, oversee and manage new hire training programs to ensure all new hires are trained on
Rebound systems,
• Assess and identify the training needs of staff based on clinic or department needs
• Develop and update training material as dictated by changes in regulations and/or programs
• Work with QA, Human Resources, and key stakeholders with the development of new or
modification of existing training programs.
• Comfortable training in group or individual settings with respect to diverse learning styles.
• Work with Credentialing Coordinator to ensure state and licensing required trainings are
completed by providers.
• Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and abide by all HIPAA rules and regulations.
• Attend required meetings, in-services, and trainings as requested.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required:

• High school graduate or general education degree (GED); College or post high school
coursework preferred in Education, Business, or other related field preferred
• 2+ Years Healthcare or Medical Office required; Training experience strongly preferred.
• Licensure or certification (MA, LPN, etc.) in a clinical capacity preferred.
• Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with patients, employees, and the public.
• Flexible with an ability to work independently and across teams effectively.
• Detailed oriented with an ability to maintain a high level of organization, manage time and meet deadlines.
• Ability to apply written guidelines and standardized work practices.
• Comfortable speaking in front of groups.
• Ability to identify and resolve problems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and high degree of professionalism with patients, providers and coworkers.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to drive between campuses and work occasional evenings.
