- Showing a high level of customer service with patients and clients
- Monitoring CCTV camera surveillance
- Patrolling premises frequently to maintain safety of employees, patients and clients
- Using oral de-escalation and patient restraint when needed
- Writing daily reports of any incidents that may occur
