Responsibilities
- Lead the team and build the Global Server Operations (GSO) standards library to deliver a consistent and scalable operational capability across Google’s global data center fleet.
- Support the continued growth of the Cloud business and present exciting challenges. Create mechanisms that enable the team to deliver results and scale with the business while embracing change and ambiguity.
- Ensure the consistency of operations across GSO's global fleet, lead standard work to support deployed standards, and create visibility for GSO's operations teams into all aspects of a site’s operation.
