Grocery Clerk/Stocker Job Description:
We are looking to expand our team. We are looking for a friendly and experienced Grocery Clerk/Stocker to join our team. You will act as the first point of contact with customers and assist them with explaining or recommending items, answering questions and supporting in purchasing their groceries.
Your duties may include stocking products, ensuring the store is clean, and processing customer purchases. To exceed in this role, the ideal candidate will have a friendly and open attitude, with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Part-time help needed with the possibility for full time in future.

Wage negotiable. Part time with potential to become full time.

Responsibilities:

 Ask customers about their needs and help them in making purchases.
 Escort customers to the appropriate aisle or shelve in order to assist with purchasing decisions.
 Provide excellent customer service.
 Ensure the store is clean, safe and in order.
 Stock and replace products to avoid any damages.
 Keep shelves fully stocked with fresh products.

Requirements:
 High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
 Proven customer service or retail experience is a plus.
 Good communication and people skills.
 Willing to train.
 Required to pass drug test.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
