STORE MANAGER - Mahon Point [ PERMANENT, 40 HOURS ]

We are currently recruiting for new managers to help lead our store teams; we want our managers to create a fun and positive place to work that motivates, manages and develops a solid team with good retail skills and a focus on sales success.
As a Store Manager in Flying Tiger Copenhagen you will need excellent organisational, operational and stock management skills, a solid background in a similar retail management role and the ability to combine this practical experience with a real understanding of what makes a store profitable.
In addition to the skills outlined here candidate applications must be able to demonstrate the following skills:

• Experience in identifying great stock and building weekly replenishment and new stock orders
• Proven ability to prioritise intelligently (both in the store and in the back office) while being adaptable to the challenges the business faces
• Excellent communication skills and customer focus
• Creative approach to merchandising with a strong visual merchandising background/experience
• Appropriate IT and administration skills
• Good understanding of all 'back of house' activities
• Ability to build good team relationships across the team
• A real desire to make a valued contribution to a great team.
• Successful candidates will undergo an initial training program in one of our existing stores and a development program.
• This is a full-time role working 5 days across a seven-day rota (including Sundays and Public Holidays). Candidates need to be eligible to work in Ireland and need to be flexible to work in other locations.
