Strategy and Transactions - EYP - Transaction Strat & Exec - Transaction Strategy and Exec: Deal Mgmt (Senior) (Multiple Positions)

Participate in client engagement teams executing Strategy & Operations which support key decision makers in developing and executing strategies for transactions. Asses the client's state of readiness with respect to people, resources, planning, data collection and strategy, while identifying high-risk areas, unidentified issues and areas for overall improvement. Assist with the execution of the integration/divestiture plan while working to constantly identify areas for improvement, including resolving integration/divestiture issues. Create work products that document the engagement procedures performed against objectives.

Provide technical guidance and share knowledge with team members with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services focusing on more complex, judgmental and/or specialized issues. Demonstrate technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Learn about EY and its service lines and actively assess and present ways to apply knowledge and services.

Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science or related field plus 2 years of related work experience; or a Master’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science or related field plus 1 year of related work experience.

Must have 1 year of experience in conducting assessments of technology, finance, operations, manufacturing, or supply chain infrastructure.

Requires domestic and international travel up to 80% to serve client needs.
