Strategic Insight Consultant

Pay: $75.00 Hourly

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Location: Hybrid/Minnetonka, MN

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate and support a variety of partners on the day-to-day management of research activities
• Manage day-to-day research activities and collaborate effectively with senior team members
• Understand business objectives and develop research plans to effectively address informational needs, from project design to final recommendation
• Synthesize insights from multiple reports into a succinct deliverable
• Analyze data to uncover stories and themes and concisely present findings in a digestible manner
• Create and edit complex PowerPoint presentations
• Draft executive summaries for upper management
• Partner with research agency partners to ensure UHC requirements are met

Qualifications:

• 2+ years primary research experience, and healthcare experience
• 2-5 years Consumer Insights experience
• Bachelor’s degree, Masters preferred
• Strong project management skills
• Experience managing consumer-based quantitative and qualitative primary marketing research (2+ years experience)
• Experience synthesizing insights and preparing executive ready presentations (2+ years experience)
• Ability to identify research objectives and appropriate research methodologies (2+ years experience)
