QUALIFICATIONS:
Essential:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Physical Education or a related field.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability and desire to motivate student-athletes to succeed in weight room as well as academically.
- Ability to work effectively with head coaches of each sport.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Physical Education or a related field.
- Strength coaching experience.
- Strength & Conditioning Certification
DESIRABLE:
- Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
- Experience as a student-athlete.
FUNCTIONS:
- Organize and plan strength training sessions in coordination with head coaches of each sport.
- Effectively document the progress of student-athlete strength & conditioning activities; setting appropriate goals.
- Assist head coaches with strength & conditioning activities.
