ABOUT OUR CLIENT

Top Ranked National General Contractor actively seeking a Superintendent to lead their Industrial/ Manufacturing/ Food & Beverage projects through completion. Must be Open to Traveling Across the US.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Superintendent will have a strong track record of completing Industrial/Manufacturing plants, warehouse/distribution centers, pharmaceutical facilities, AND/OR cold storage/food & beverage projects, ensuring their successful delivery within schedule and budget along with the ability to manage vendors, subcontractors, field staff throughout project. A plus if the Superintendent has ASRS Facility, IMP Exterior/Cold Storage, Tilt Up Warehouse/Distribution Centers, Clean Room, Multifamily (Wood Frame) and is open to traveling.

Select Responsibilities:

• Provide field oversight for all phases of assigned construction projects
• Develop and manage project schedules.
• Manage subcontractor performance relationships.
• Be responsible for both the timeliness and total quality of assigned projects.
• Prepare project documentation for coordination and effective site management.
• Implement and execute Quality Control/Quality Assurance program.
• Promote an Injury-free job site through safety initiatives and award winning Company safety program.

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 5-7 years as a project superintendent.
• Must have recent experience building Manufacturing facilities, Cold Storage/IMP Exterior Wall and Food & Beverage Processing projects. Lead experience a plus but not required.
• ASRS Facility experience is a plus!
• Exceptional knowledge of construction processes and procedures; ability to successfully manage complex projects through to completion
• Are willing to travel across the U.S.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
