Here’s what you will do:
- Deliver the Pipeline Integrity annual mitigation programs.
- Develop group performance objectives, communicate expectations to personnel and stakeholders, and conduct performance measurements and employee appraisals.
- Promote and enforce company policies, culture statements, and directives established by Senior Management.
- Develop and manage program budgets, schedules, and quality management in accordance with company policies and Pipeline Integrity processes and procedures.
- Achieve alignment with departmental procedures and objectives with other Enbridge stakeholders.
- Track, report on, and improve upon established Mitigation Program Execution KPI’s. Promote initiatives to maximize asset performance (i.e., cost optimization, revenue protection).
- Promote initiatives to improve the safety and reliability of the pipeline system.
- Liaison with regulatory agencies on technical/compliance related matters (i.e., U.S. Dept. of Transportation, NEB, etc.) as required.
- Accountable for annual Capital Expenditures of $300MM to $400MM and smaller Operating Expenditures.
- Oversee vendor management, particularly for NDE vendors.
Who you are:
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a closely related field, and ten (10) years of experience as a Process Engineer, Senior Engineer, or Program Manager/Senior Engineer.
- The ten (10) years of experience must have included the following: managing process engineering activities and deliverables; overseeing and coordinating budgets, schedules, and quality control; executing improvement and various engineering design projects; and providing review of project plans and design documents.
