System Administrator I (MSP) Overview:
Since 1995, we have been providing Managed Services and Security Services to small to medium sized clients throughout California. We are currently looking to bring on a System Administrator I (MSP) due to an increase in business. The System Administrator I (MSP) will be joining a 25 person company that values collaboration and the ability for employees who work hard, to grow their responsibilities (and salaries).
As a System Administrator I (MSP), you will split time between handling escalated support issues on the Service Desk, while being trained up on more in-depth engineering/project work by an assigned mentor on the Professional Services team. Technologies the System Administrator I (MSP) will work with include: Windows Server, Hyper-V, PowerShell, Azure, and Cyber Security.
System Administrator I (MSP) Requirements:
- MS Hyper-V/VMware or Azure administration and support
- MS Office 365 administration with domain synchronization
- Configuring and managing firewalls, switches, WAPs, VPNs, and other network appliances
- Administration of MS Windows 10 in domain-connected environments
- Support and administration of MS Windows Server solutions (Active Directory, Group Policy, PowerShell, etc.)
