Job Description:

The Workplace Investing development team designs, develops, and supports Web Development and mobile applications for the NetBenefits application. We are seeking an Analyst to fill the position of Systems Analyst on an established team.

The Purpose of Your Role

Workplace Investing provides solutions to handle 3rd party company employee’s benefits. The team design and develop the product used by employees to maintain their benefit information. The team work into the product organisation and specific product owner(s) using Agile to deliver projects to production. The team works with other development teams in Dublin.

The Expertise We’re Looking For

• 3+ years’ experience in systems analyst,
• Ability to work under minimum supervision with colleagues at all levels
• Good experience of requirements gathering and communicating requirements with the team
• Ability to write clear and concise user stories
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Superb communication skills (oral and written)
• Knowledge of financial services would be a plus
