POSITION OVERVIEW

RBS IT Solutions is seeking a qualified Systems Engineer to join their team. This is a full-time position for a DYNAMIC, highly organized, self-motivated individual with strong people skills. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with proven experience in providing managed IT services who excels in a fast-paced environment.

The Systems Engineer will consult on a variety of networking, software, and hardware to support client technology needs. The position requires a strong technical background, troubleshooting & problem-solving capabilities, and effective communication skills. Success in this role will be measured by demonstrated ability to quickly resolve issues, timely implementation of solutions, and overall productivity output.

JOB DUTIES AND COMPENTENCIES

JOB SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 3 years of experience working for a managed services provider or 6 years of relevant IT experience. Hands-on experience in the following areas:

• Active Directory environments
• Microsoft 365 Tenant administration
• Microsoft Operating Systems (Server and Desktop)
• Server and desktop hardware installation, configuration, and support skills
• Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions (Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
• Azure Services, other popular cloud services

EDUCATION

• Bachelor's degree or other commensurate certification(s) and experience combination

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
