The M3S division of Morgan McKinley has a number of key Managed Service Clients which require off site recruitment teams. We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on a blend of project and internal recruitment activities. The focus of the role can change as the business unit evolves.
Job Description:
To manage the end to end recruitment process for candidates, providing an excellent service to our Client within a specialised sector, and to grow and develop the Client Accounts.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing candidates through advertising, pro-active search and networking
- Screening, interviewing, selection and assessment of candidates
- Developing and maintaining an expert knowledge of the Client
- Preparing candidates for interview
- Ensuring that both our Client and candidates receive the highest possible level of service
- Ensuring compliance for all candidate and client information on systems
- Ensuring all MI & reporting is kept up to date
- Achieving monthly and quarterly KPI targets
Skills / Experience
- Third level educated
- IT Recruitment experience in agency or internal
- Proven track-record of working in a demanding sales/professional environment
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proven relationship building skills
- Proven time management and organisational skills
