Job description

Critical to our organization's growth is our need for reliable and courteous Teacher's Aide's. The successful candidates for this position will be available weekdays from 7-4 and will be responsible for preparing for class, delivering educational material to students, monitoring students, and cleaning up after class. We're seeking candidates who can connect with students and provide a high level of support to them in a small classroom setting.

Responsibilities:

• Take attendance.
• Record and report classroom observations to teacher.
• Address learning needs of individual students.
• Provide a safe and orderly classroom environment.
• Create a quiet learning space for students.
• Review student assignments with students according to a pre-assigned individualized plan.
• Follow certain teaching program guidelines.
