DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in showing properties to buyers and tenants.
• Assist team with design center appointments, home inspections, final walk throughs, builder walk throughs, home orientation, consultations, and during closings at title companies. A flat fee will be offered for these services.
• Co-list on lease listings.
• Stage and destage homes.
• Tour Richmond or any other areas for relocating buyers.
• Assist team in any other work and compensation will be paid separately for each task.
• Work with apartment/leasing referrals.
• Familiar with Missouri City, Sugar Land, Richmond and Rosenberg neighborhoods.
• Growth opportunities.

Lead generation opportunities if the Team Assistant wants to work with buyers (optional):

• Open houses
• Model homes
• HAR incoming leads

QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid Real Estate License
• At least 6-12 months experience working in the Houston market as a licensed Texas Real Estate Agent
• Preferably a resident in Fort Bend County
• Customer service experience
• Computer savvy
• Multi-tasker
• Eager to learn
• Coachable
• Knowledgeable in real estate terminology
• Takes initiative to generate business
• Reliable
• Professional in attitude and appearance

HOURS & COMPENSATION

• Must be available weekdays and weekends from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
• Compensation per showing
• Compensation per staging and destaging
• Agent will earn a commission for co-listing leases

NOTE: interview will be conducted in person at our office in Sugar Land.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
