Technical Support Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Technical Support Specialist works with the Dealer Network to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair service requests. This position reports to the Technical Support Specialist Team Leader.

Your primary duties and responsibilities will be:

• Provides technical support to dealers in the field on installations.
• Handles calls from dealers/customers to evaluate their service requests/questions and respond accordingly.
• Works with Technical Support Team Leader to schedule and manage all repair and service requests.
• Helps maintains the Technical Support Van with proper materials and other items to effectively respond to service request.
• Responsible for placing material request orders to fulfill service calls/repairs.
• Works with Technical Support Team to continuously enhance dealer installation training.
• Works with Technical Support Team to provide training to new hires as a part of the StruXure Orientation Program.
• Prepares and maintains data on repair and service call requests with status updates weekly.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.

Experience:

• High School Diploma
• 2 + years construction experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Compensation for roles at AZEK varies depending on a wide range of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. The annual salary for this role is $53,500 to $65,500. In addition to base salary, we offer generous bonus and incentive opportunities that significantly increase earning potential.
