Job Title: Temporary Student Worker
Department: CPUP, PMR General
Location: Penn Medicine Radnor - 145 King of Prussia Rd
Hours: PT 20+ HOURS
Job Summary:
- This position will assist the Access Supervisor in coverage for greeter and transport as well as other clerical responsibilities including mail sorting, calendar updates and meeting minutes.
Duties:
- Greeting patients and directing them where to go in the facility
- Assisting patients with transporting in wheelchairs to and from their appointments
- Assessing patient needs as they enter the facility
- Sort and distribute mail
- Meeting minutes
- Calendar coordination
- Escorting patients to exam rooms
- Other duties as requested to support the clinical practices
Skills:
- Takes direction well
- Competent in word and excel programs
- Confident in communication skills
- Able to interact professionally with patients and staff
- Customer service savvy
Education:
- H.S. Diploma/GED (Required)
- Currently enrolled student
