Roles and Responsibilities:

Job Summary/Overview:


Overall strategic utility installation for the site through short-term and long-term execution of cleanroom piping and exhaust distribution. Coordinate between design team, subcontractors, system owners and Equipment Engineering staff to ensure electrical/mechanical prefabrication installation progresses to plan and to design.

Specific Job Duties:
KTA Package design reviews
Interpret AutoCAD tool schematic designs, and interact closely with, Unit Parts, GCS, PCS, H&S, CRT and Line Planning.
Oversee tool installs, laterals, GCS, and electrical installs
Partner with Line Planning team members and tool hook up design to develop and maintain site mechanical drawings
Direct contract designers to execute design packages as needed
Review and redline design packages prior to IFC
Managing stakeholders in a customer-service oriented team
Develop and modify site specifications to align with ongoing site improvements
Future scenario planning support including schedule forecasting, reporting, and infrastructure utility studies
Review and approval of RFI's


Shift: M-F,1st Shift

Skills and Qualifications:

2 or 4 year Degree required. 4 year preferred.
2 to 6 years design experience; semiconductor facility support preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Software, and Tools:
Working knowledge of OSHA standards, IBC and other codes and standards applicable to industrial facility design and construction.
Experience managing and leading projects including design, specification, and construction administration
Ability to read and understand design plans, shop drawings, and work in progress
Familiarity with design and installation of facility equipment, or design and construction of industrial buildings.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presentation skills are required to communicate technical content to various organizations
Aptitude for documentation and data analysis using MS Office programs, including Project, Excel, Word, and Power Point.
Proficiency in 2D AutoCAD
Proficiency in 3D AutoCAD is a plus
Ability to work overtime / on non-scheduled days as required
Reliable and punctual attendance is required.
